    kitchu: It waaassss....it felt kinda "Eyes Wide Shut" ish.....eeeek! ;P

    Polly: It was actually reeaaally hot in there! We had a 3 course meal with a choice of either a Japanese by Chef Ollysan or Portugese by Chef Nuno Mendes. I think they are both 3 Star Michelin chefs. Yum!

    It is good to be home again, but I often long for Europe! Lappland is on my mind for next year...... *sigh*
