The other week, I had a chance to catch the documentary, "Kings of Pastry" at the Revue.
If you have a sweet tooth, this movie is a must - it follows the journey of a couple of pastry chefs who have made it to the final round of the coveted MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) Pastry competition that happens once every four years.

After watching a French tradition, we followed with a Canadian one - however, this one had a "BBQ" twist from Barque Smokehouse - Smoked Brisket Poutine:
