Spreewald Park - Berlin, Germany

I spent Easter Monday on a tour of the abandoned Spreewald park near Plänterwald. There was such an abundance of beautiful nature set amidst the creepy creaking of the ferris wheel...

  2. Your pictures are AMAZING!! (I love the one with "who cares?"...) Except that I think you should have posed in front of the roller coaster, ha ha ha ha...

I went to Spreepark in late Summer and now I think you propably picked the right time. The scenery looks even stranger with all the blossoming signs of spring.

Bwhahaha...I had to wait till the group moved on for almost every shot, especially the roller coaster! Honestly, the nature at that park is incredible!

  5. Polly: Yes, you need to go here when you visit Berlin! I wish I know of more abandoned spaces in Berlin, however I was lucky enough to get to visit the abandoned sanatorium at Beelitz-Heilstätten during my 1st visit 3 years ago!
