Porto! London!

I will be leaving for Porto and London in a couple of weeks!

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for favourite places to see, take photos, eat and/or shop for both cities.

    I agree with the museum of everything suggestion in London.

    I have never been to Portugal before, but a friend of mine was in Lisbon and he told me the botanical garden is amazing there!

    Polly: Oh, thank you! I would love to visit Lisbon, however I'm only going to Porto this time. The botanical garden sounds amazing though!

    Oh lovely! Have fun!

    I was in London last year, but it was during the volcanic ash debacle, so we stuck pretty close to the airport and saved money. However, we did spend time in Kensington Gardens and walked around that area; it was beautiful. Portobello Road was neat, too. We also did one of those touristy bus tours, but we saw so much we wouldn't have otherwise seen!

    Oh, there's a very good Italian restaurant called Zizzi's near Kensington Gardens, on Bayswater Road (though I think there are several locations). I still think about that pizza sometimes.
